The idea to mod computers as a hobby was introduced to me back in 1998 when the cooling for a Celeron 300A had to be improved to sustain a 50% overclock.
As the years passed the case modding improved, so in 2002 the Anemone mod placed first in the 2002 CPL C3 Competition in Dallas, USA. With Intel as the main sponsor it opened up some nice opportunities, one of them resulting in Project 3, a custom case to celebrate the launch of the Intel Pentium 4 3GHz CPU.
